Statements (All points have to be confirmed)

!	I declare that I read and accepted The Rules of the Race and I will follow them trough all the Race otherwise be disqualified from the Race not excluding any other legal consequences.
!	I agree to use my personal data I have submitted to the Race Organizer for the purpose of race organization as well as safety assurance rules.
!	I confirm that I fully realize the level of difficulty of the race with all risks possible and I declare that both me and my yacht have enough capability to run in the race on my own risk.
!	I confirm that in case of damage or lost of the race tracker provided by the Organizer I agree to be charged with the amonut of 650GBP
!	I agree for the rules about the Race Fee and I confirm the payment of the 1200PLN according to that.
!	I declare to follow all the rules during the Race including COLREG, VTS, TSS rules as well as the good seamanship and fair-play rules during the whole time of the Race.
!	I confirm that all the data provided in my application are true and in case of any change of them I will immediately inform the Organizer. I agree to carry on my yacht all the Race official signs (Race and race-partners’ logo, start number, etc) according to the Organizer instructions.
!	I agree to use my personal data only for the organization purpose, safety actions as well as potential search and rescue actions.
!	I agree to use my image in official media materials related to the Race.
